Hello, we would like to introduce ourselves.
We are Signature Catering, LLC, located in Saline,
Michigan. Signature Catering comes with over 10 years
of experience. We cater many types of events such as: Corporate, BBQ's,
Graduations, Weddings and Theme Parties. There is a menu for every
occasion! A little bit about our chef..
Chef Jim joined the Marine Corp & became a personal cook for
a commanding officer. Taking advantage of the many opportunities
while traveling with the military, he was able to do apprenticeships
around the world. Chef Jim went onto Baltimore International Culinary
Art School where he honed his skills in Professional Cooking &
Baking. Chef Jim loves to create new dishes, so if you are looking
